It is the most deficient book ever written on beer - in its 640 pages there is not one word on beer even though Methods of Brewing Beer is cited on the back cover. Harriet's book is a total fraud and rip off. There is not one page on beer in it. This is an outrage. It is a total scam. Harriet should hide her head in shame for writing such a book on beer that has no beer in it. It is the worst book on beer ever written. Harriet Lembeck also wrote the worst book on wine ever written - her Harriet Lembeck's Guide to Deciphering A Wine Label which was marketed as a 99-cent e-book on the Internet written by the foremost wine educator in American who failed the Master of Wine examination. One must wonder why Harriet did not include even one page about beer in her book - could it be that she knows nothing about beer. Why then did she include beer in the title - obviously to sell books but if so, this is a total scam and for this she should be arrested and put away as this is a total fraud to get money from the beer loving public.
