I was very excited to find hannah direct and I ordered an expandable coupon file from them. There were several different colors it came in and I wanted the green color but it said it was out of stock, so I ordered the purple (which said "in stock"). I was told it would take 5-7 business days for me to receive my shipment. Over two weeks went by and I called the company to tell them I had not received my order. They said that the purple was out of stock when I ordered and someone just forgot to mark it correctly on the website. I explained to them that I chose purple because it was in stock and I wanted the product ASAP. They said that I should receive my order within 1 week and that was the end of it (I have yet to receive it so we will see if it comes this week). They never offered to refund the shipping cost or do anything that I call good customer service. I was very disappointed that they did not contact me to let me know that what I purchased was out of stock and would take longer. I had to call them and when I did, they did not try to make it right. I was going to tell all my coupon friends about this company but I definitely won't recommend this company to anyone. |

I too ordered from this company. After paying the express shipping amount of $4.95 in addition to the regular shipping I have yet to receive my order. Its been two weeks. I called them yesterday and got someone on the phone who said that the "express shipping" didn't mean anything more than they'd put it in the mail this week as opposed to next week! He had no explaination for why the products hadn't been received here yet. He offered to refund the amount for the rush shipping- he entered the credit number while I was on the phone and everything. Surprise!!! No credit has gone through, and two days later still no product. Next step is to call my card company and report them, and get my money back. |
