Normal R/O tanks are advertised as 3.2 gallon capacity which is the size of my current tank. When searching for a replacement tank, I found what I thought was a larger tank from H2OSplashWaterFilters which states 4.5 gallon. Although they charged about $13 more than other sites I justified the additional cost expecting a 35% larger tank. The tank that arrived is the exact same size that I already have. Since they have no published phone number, I send an E-mail to

I ordered a 4.5 gallon storage tank (ST45) to replace my old 3.2 gallon tank.
The tank I received looks identical to my old one.
The new tank has RO-132 on the label.
Is this also a 3.2 gallon tank? Their response was a table from manifacturer showing the tank has a capacity of 4.5 gallons. This might be true, however the effective capacity after subtracting the space used by the internal bladder is only 3.2 gallons (which is the normal capacity reference). Regardless, the tank is identical to the one I already have and I needed to return it. I sent another E-mail
"Wrong tank, please send Return of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)." No response.
