Guardian Security of NC Inc & GE Security Security Force Guardian has lied to me a few times now. But giving me the false name of who I was speaking

My husband was contacted by Guardian/GE security/Security Force. They said we were a runner up in a drawing we had entered to win a lawn mower. They said that they wanted to provide us with a free security system equipment & installation free of charge. My husband was told it would be approx. $30 a month & would never increase. We were never told about a contract, let along a 36 month contract??
When I call on Monday I speak with a lady who seems to want to help. She tells me she will call me back the next day, she did not. I called back on Wed & ask to speak w/ April. well guess what... there is no April that works there. Really... I was shocked. That is terrible customer service. I talked with this lady for about 30 minutes, yet no one by that name works there.
I sent them an email on Wed also, to which I never got a response. No one seems to care that they have provided terrible customer service to my family. nor do they want to take responsibility for it. do not use these companies. Go with ADT if youâ€™re looking for a alarm security company. Save yourself the trouble!
