They knocked on the door to sale and lied to me they do service in our neighborhood. They claim to re-service your home as soon as possible (usually 48 hours), and money back quarantee last regular service if theynot resolved your pest problem. But when I called in for re-service, they told me that I have to wait for at lease 30 days before schedule for appt for re-service. Their treamnets are not working at all. We have even more silverfish, centipedes, lady bugs around in bathroom and bedroom after 6 treaments. I was told by sale person that after second treatment we should see less/no pest activitis. After seeing no effection after treament and event more centipedes in the bedroom area which didn't have before, I tried to cancel the contract after 2nd treaments. They refused and claim needed to do more treaments. So far, we have already went through 7 treaments with not effective at all. Once again, I cann't cancel the service or i have to pay the early termination fee. They don't honor what they state in the contract. Don't believe their money back guarantee!!!
