Do not do business with these thieves. They are a fake website pretending to rent property in Guam. They are nothing more than thieves though. Joseph D Triplett is the creator of the website, but he has NOTHING to do with real estate. He's not a realtor, or anything. He's just some guy that created a website, and is trying to collect people's emails so he can spam them with lame real estate ads. I'm pretty sure this is a violation of the Realtor.org rules so I also am reporting this website to them. I hope they get shut down. They are nothing but a fake website. Presh Suarez isn't even a real person. Neither is Tara Marcelo. Shawntel L. Techaira (hello obvious fake name) isn't a real person, and I couldn't find her listed on any Guam agency sites to show that she is a real realtor. Go ahead, and research yourself; All these people are fake. So all these people are fake, and Joseph D Triplett is the only person running this fake site. If you want Rentals on Guam, do NOT go to these guys. I suggest a more legitimate business: GuamRentals.com. These guys (GuamRentals.com) are real. But GuamRenter.com is obviously a scam of their site, and they are fake.
