GT Tow Services They laugh at you are trashing your Automobile Internet, Missouri

GT Tow Service based in Northland Kansas City Missouri arem owned and operated by a bunch of scandalous characters. GT Tow service was contracted out by our 24 hour roadside assistance that comes with our car insurance when our car wouldnâ€™t start one morning. The tow truck driver failed to put the blocks under the car wheels when leveling out the flat bed causing the carâ€™s back end to roll into the back of his cab. It was an honest mistake and the driver immediately took responsibility. The next day we were asked to take it up to â€œtheirâ€ body shop so that they could fix it as they had checked with the insurance company and they didnâ€™t want to pay the $1000 deductible. The estimate was fair but we elected to use a family member who does body work. I mentioned that we were willing to use their shopâ€™s estimate but that we would be going to our own shop. GT Tow Service, up to this point was having us deal with the driver who made the error directly as
they said it was his responsibility to pay it off. When I asked for the check to fix the vehicle, he said that he wasnâ€™t able to front that kind of money. At that point, I decided to only speak to Rodney the manager of the service. Rodney said again that they were not responsible but their driver was. After Rodney at GT Towadmitted he had no power to help the situation, he referred us to James the owner. James offered to pay for it only after the work had been done and he would pay the shop directly because he didnâ€™t want us to take the money and run. Yeah Right!!! Again GT Tow failed to take responsibility for their errors and expected me to front the money for new a backend. How likely is James to come pay for body work when he wouldnâ€™t admit his business was at fault? When I told James and his co-owner Amy that we would be turning it in to their
insurance, they laughed and said that it was stupid of us to let it go on our carâ€™s history. Laughing at trashing your
customerâ€™s car? Classy James! The good news is that we turned it into the roadside assistance company and had the full estimate within 72 hours. My advice is not to support James and Amy at GT Tow service in Kansas City North as or you might just be responsible for
their sense of fairness.
