Greg Hobson ([email protected]) works for Kohls in Northern California...I use the term "works" loosely! What Greg does is use every sneaky means at his disposal to make it appear he is doing a job. There are huge problems in his district (Kohls will, as a rule ruin your work record so avoid if possible..they have lost total control of this Corporation) If you go to Raphael to complain, Raphael will call a meeting, in the meeting telling you that you can tell him, that it's confidential, it won't leave this room, and the minute you speak he goes right to Greg to tell him, and Greg will get rid of you ASAP. Greg is threatened with anyone that works hard, he is always paranoid that someone is going to take his job, because he knows he doesn't work. He tried to start fights between the store managers. He does things to undermine others achievements. Greg is motivated not by Loss Prevention, he doesn't have a clue about loss prevention, and we are becoming suspicious that he may be getting kick backs from some of the professional boosters that come in to the store to steal large amounts, because when you bring this issue to his attention, he does all he can to stop you from stopping them from stealing. So consequently, anyone seems to be able to easily steal all they want as long as they want from Kohls Northern California....and Greg need to go back toTexas, where he operted much the same way.
