We started an online store and was contacted by GreenLight Media Concepts Inc. They stated that they could get us on first pages of several seach engines and keep us there. They also stated they would produce and load a video ad on our website which they never completed. They did get us on one search engine but failed to complete promised mission. First month they answered all questions and inquiries. They told us they were doing some revamping of their video studio and the video ad would be delayed. Soon after all communication ceased on their end. All deadlines stopped being met, no work was being done and no one would answer emails or phone calls. We paid $4000 for this service because there were no complaints on this company from the BBB or private services. They were listed on the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and they offered a 100% money back guarantee if they did not provide the service they promised in writing. Hard to get some kind of satisfaction when you can't get in touch with anyone.
