| They did the same thing to me!! I'm so angry! Their "Customer Service" person is a jerk and should be shot. ANYONE that talks to a customer that way shouldn't be in that position. |

| Same exact situation. I talked to the customer service "representative" as well and he had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to spend an extra $15 to apply toward a drawing for a cruise. Heh, Just hung up. |
