Ad says for $2.97 you get this free shipping only disk for applying for grants. today I have a charge of $57.93 on my account. Called to speak to company. Brandon informs me that you have to cancel in 7 days after reviewing the disk with no further charges. I inform him I have not received the disk and would like to cancel and get a refund. He then tells me well of course you didnt get the disk yet it takes 10-14 days by mail. So I ask him so how can I receive, review and cancel something in 7 days that wont even be here until 10-14 days? I asked him nicely 3 times please cancel and refund my money. He denied it. I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said he is the supervisor. I asked to speak to the person above him, he chuckled and said there is no one and you will not be getting your money back. I told Brandon I will be reporting him to BBB and get it back that way. I need help getting this refunded, I do not have the resources to be able to just let someone steal my hard earned money promising products for people like me trying it in this recession. I need this money back asap and will not stop until I get it returned in Jesus name. No good will come to these companies ripping the public off. Need to be shut down and prosecuted. Thank you
