gotoforms Metro Forms Inc extremely poor customer service / failed to deliver items ordered RYE, New York

I placed an order with gottoforms for some office supplies back in November which included a case of copy paper and to this date i have not recieved my copy paper I have called and e-mailed gottoforms and No One has taken control of this issue I have been trying to reach someone but no one at the corporate office will answer the phone. I have talked to the order line they will answer but they don't have the information for corporate accounts and like I said Corporate will NO ANSWER THEIR PHONE NOR RETURN PHONE CALLS NOR WILL RESPOND TO E-MAILS SENT.

I started ordering from them because they have great prices but in the long run the great price has now cost me double because i have run out of copy paper and have been cutting down legal paper to letter size just to keep going.

As we all know legal paper is more expensive and you are creating a waste of perfectly good paper all becasue a company has poor service

I promise you I will NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH GOTOFORMS / METRO FROMS AGAIN...IF YOU ARE SMART DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE
