Gordon Trucking Inc GTI Breach of Contract, Promised 30,000 miles, GTI, taking ALL Stettlement money contrary to an agreament Pacific, Washington

Gordon Trucking Inc rips off their Owner Operators by finding any excuse to take the entire settlement without notifying driver. I mean entire check week after week after week. When asked for an advance for food, Dominic or Travis's answer is, "Your problem is not my problem, you are an Owner Operator, if you don't like it, you can leave." When driver calls payroll to ask for an explanation, answer is, "you are an Owner Operator, you can leave." Call the department of Labor and Industries, answer is, "you are an owner operator, you can leave." I heard it one too many times. I own my own truck title clear. I have left. I heard about a class action law suite regarding GTI taking $500. a quarter for permits and licensing. Happened to me. I didn't take any time off, screaming for miles. GTI states in the contract they will run driver a minimum of 30,000. Doesn't happen. If anyone can inform me of the class action law suite, please post it, or direct me to a posting. I encourage any owner operator to say enough is enough, I will not be abused any longer, and leave the company.

They are still doing the same thing nothing has changed. I'm trying to get info on a class action lawsuit aga inst Gordon Trucking out of Pacific Wa. if anyone knows how I can get my name on the list please contact me. It" time for Gordon Trucking to get a wake call, and stop ripping us off!!! Mike DuPois (Driver manager) Bryan Austin (Fleet manager) and Brett Cowger (salesman for VFI) Which is owned by Gordon Trucking. Will all tell you you can get the miles every quarter then after you sign the paperwork and get a truck they forget about you. They get the I don't care if you go broke I get a check every week attitude.
If anyone has any info contact me. I've had enough of them ripping me off. And I know I'm not the only one. It's time for Gordon Trucking to get a wake up call!
