Ryan Stone from gojanua.com is using these type of complaint sites to try to scam us. What he has done is taken our work, uses it, approves it. Then he demands his money back and is unreachable. We have full email / correspondence with him. We have bent over backwards and we now see that we have been taken for a ride. |

Then he demands his money back and is unreachable. We have full email / correspondence with him. We have bent over backwards and we now see that we have been taken for a ride.
Also, after work is done and he is using our phone recordings he says we should erase them but we do not have is passwords to do that. We have tried calling many time to figure out what we can do. But we have come to the conclusion that he uses threats by taking advantage of consumer sites to get his money back after he has received product and approved the product. |

This company is terrible. Who was really Ripped Off, they have been paid in full. To clarify the situation, Snap recordings had been tying to resolve the poor recordings they had produced for over 1 month. We had finally set a deadline to have the recordings resolved or we would be asking for a refund. When the deadline came and the issues were still not resolved, we demanded a refund as any professional would so that we could find a company that would in fact produce our recordings professionally and timely. When we asked for a refund, we were told that there was no refund available and requested that we give them more time to resolve the issues. One month and they still wanted more time. We informed Snap Recordings that we have moved forward with finding another company to record our greetings and now only prepared to discuss a refund or we would contact the company that referred their service to inform then of the ongoing issues we have experienced. We have 43 emails outlining the truth and a receipt showing that their service are paid in full.
Please feel free to contact us and we will be more then happy to provide evidence including the actual recordings which clearly demonstrate that we have been wronged. We will be looking into filing a law suit against this company and its representatives.
