Go Nissan
Go Nissan GO Nissan Arapahoe Failed to submit warrantee - attempted to get me to pay for repairs under warrantee Centennial, Colorado
11th of Sep, 2011 by User472409
I bought a car from GO NISSAN ARAPAHOE in Centennial Colo. The engine blew a month later. I have documentation regarding this. GO NISSAN ARAPAHOE did not submit their warranty until 2 months later - and had told me that the car was not eligble for warrantee - and that I must pay several thousand dollars for engine repairs. The car was in their possession 2 months - yet never submitted to warrantee. GO NISSAN ARAPAHOE replaced the engine after 2 months. I was told the car was fixed but the "Check engine" light did not go off and the car made a loud ticking noise. I took it to another dealership to check the repairs.
It was confirmed that the engine repair was defective, and the car was sent back to GO NISSAN ARAPAHOE.
GO NISSAN tried to get me to pay for repairs that were eligible for warrantee. The GM told me that he had tried to submit it to the warantee company but that it was denied. This is untrue. The warrantee company has confirmed this.
I will never trust these guys.
