I had the same issue... It looks like they change company names. They seem to be linked to Guardian Marketing... I found the email below. Still can't get a hold of anyone when I call. Is there anything we can do to get our money back?

We have been working with this company for years. They have a huge network of resellers that sell direct marketing. They do not sell leads, or magic potions, or anything other the direct marketing. Their advertising service are very similar to that of a newspaper, radio, magazines, and TV. They offer our services to the public but they can not force them to us the service.
As anyone know we can pay tens of thousands of dollars to produce and run advertisements to offer your mortgage services with a local TV or Radio Station, or advertise with a newspaper and as is all marketing we get the results that are generated, good or bad.
Sounds like this person was looking to buy leads not marketing

| This company is a scam operation, the person who posted above saying it was a great company is most likely the one running the scam. I was just scammed out of $773.50 from them. Same contacts as above, most notably the Miami address as part of the GMX corporation. |

Please ignore the posting above about the following email being sent. I did send that email just to see if a response would be returned but it was not. THIS IS A SCAM!!! No leads were ever provided at all and no calls or emails have been returned since the check was cashed. Please call me at 502-657-4299 ext. 17 before ever sending any money to GMX corporation. Luckily we only lost $763, I know of several other mortgage companies that have lost much more than this to the scam artist. You reap what you sow, whoever you are. My business will go on with the loss.

Michael Hurt ripped me off over $7000
If you gave your personal information to Michael Hurt; Top Flite Financial, Inc.; www.topflitefinancial.com; your problems have just started. First of all I worked for this slim ball for about a month before I could not stand what was going on, how they were lie and stealing from people, and making people lose their homes.
Do not believe a Michael Hurt or anyone at Top Flite Financial says, in the weeks and months to come you will speak to many different people never the same person twice. You will hear foreclosure a lot they love that word.
On every phone call you will get a different amount Michael Hurt says have to pay them and different documents Mike says he needs. As soon he they get your information he will start hitting you and or your bank account for payments, then late fee, services fees, legal fees, expenses, etc. In the end it will cost you thousands of dollars out of pocket and they will probably drop you or your home will be foreclosed anyway.
Just remember Michael Hurt will lie, cheat, steal, change papers, and in some cases sign/forge your name to legal documents.
If Michael Hurt calls you HANG UP THE PHONE on them.

After paying the BBB for membership, all complaints were removed and Topflight was give the same BBB rating as the terrorist group HAMAS and the white supremacist groups.
ABC News reported: A plus ratings are awarded to those who pay membership fees, and F ratings used to punish those who don't.
