We have requested mulitple times for our refund, but him and his company have not or will not respond via email, phone, or fax. www.geomarketingexperts.com is one of their websites [email protected] and [email protected] are some of their emails... 702-952-0529 t or 702-973-4981 f 601 e charleston blvd Las Vegas, NV 89104 OR 80 s.w. 8th street suite 2000 Miami, FL 33130 This is some of the information he uses while doing business. Since 2/28/2011 we have not received a single lead nor a refund after a multiple attempts..... We have retained Counsel and our attorney would like to hear from you if you have also been a victim. This company was operating illegally. The owner of the company was BANNED from the mortgage industry for LIFE and was fined over 500k for MORTGAGE FRAD AND FOR RIPPING OFF MORTGAGE CONSUMERS. We canceled their agreement as soon as HUD and DFI contacted us. As directed we froze everything for their future disciplinary proceedings.

We have been working with this company for years. They have a huge network of resellers that sell direct marketing. They do not sell leads, or magic potions, or anything other the direct marketing. Their advertising service are very similar to that of a newspaper, radio, magazines, and TV. They offer our services to the public but they can not force them to us the service.
As anyone know we can pay tens of thousands of dollars to produce and run advertisements to offer your mortgage services with a local TV or Radio Station, or advertise with a newspaper and as is all marketing we get the results that are generated, good or bad.
Sounds like this person was looking to buy leads not marketing

Be careful, this guy does not sound very good, its not worth trying him and losing a huge amount of money to find out if the posts are correct

| I was just scammed by this same operation, I had done an online search but unforunately did not locate this the first time around. Any informration anyone can provide as a contact would be greatly appreciated. Our company sent them $773.50, not a great deal amount of money but more money than a small business cares to throw out the window. | They promised leads made marketing materials sent me art works but not a single lead. Now no response and the site I went to before is gone replaced with a bounce to a newspaper in the UK. They went through a lot of work for the money I am going to use some of the art work as I have paid for it. They are getting smarter and smarter on how to steal. It seems it is getting harder to not work than just work. I mean the effort that went in to this and this was not a ten dollar scam they were getting hundreds is anyone having any luck I will help if I can or join a suit. I have emails promising a refund I have called daily and sent emails that are not bouncing back they are going somewhere this is an elaborate rip-off to be sure and christine green if you’re out there and that is your name shame on you. Everyone else we better look out for the new breed of thiefhydnum |
