GM Recycling, LLC Joe Mcneal Money Fraud against products that were never shipped Dothan, Alabama

We bought some plastic scrap from GM Recycling run by Joe Mc Neal and owned by Gina Grant, both residents of Dothan, AL. We are asked to send a deposit of $5,000 through bank wire which we did and arrange containers to pick up the loads which we did costing $1,400 roughly. When the truckers went to get the materials, neither did Joe showed up at the facility nor did he answered his phones. We tried to contact the company for several days and no response. Then someone from Joe's cell phone sent us a message that he was in the hospital but came to find out that was a lie as well as off that day. We then contact few local people in that area and found out that the facility that Joe was shipping us material from is not his and the reason he was not allowed there was that he has shipped materials and never paid the owner for the goods. So he is in hiding right now. We have contacted lot of different authorities and are planning to start a class action law suit against Joe and Gina of GM Recycling. Anyone that has information or has been ripped off by these scam artists, please contact me.
