| GlobalSources.com is a website that connects mainly U.S. companies and buyers to Asian suppliers, principally mainland China. They are a publicly listed company on the NASDAQ stock exchange yet the corporation is based in Bermuda to avoid paying U.S. taxes. I went to the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and found their New York phone number is disconnected. This is a very shady and deceptive company. They have a bogus rating system and a fraudulent verified suppler listing system. The rating and verified supplier listing is based solely upon how much the Asian manufacture pays GlobalSources.com and nothing more. I had a bad experience getting connected by GlobalSources.com to a Chinese company CATIC. The company CATIC had none of the capabilities listed on GlobalSources.com who gave the top rating as a verified supplier. After complaining to GlobalSources.com and getting stonewalled in the process they did finally admit the only contact they actually had with CATIC was to collect money. Be careful and dot not trust GlobalSources.com They also operate a trade show called China Sourcing Fair. Draw your own conclusions on this part of their business. |

I bought 10, 000 pieces of micro SD memory cards (4000 pcs of 1GB, 5000pcs of 2GB and 1000pcs of 4GB) from the company named Shenzhen OEM – USB Electronics Limited after finalizing the price . They showed me the samples of FULL CAPACITY micro SD cards and they were exactly the same as I was looking for. I tested them and get them packed in front of me. I paid them the total amount of 23640. They told their DHL agent will come to their office to pick up the goods. Meanwhile I with Ms. Dori Wei whom I dealt with, went to the bank for transferring the remaining money as I had paid 30% money in an advance. After money was transferred, we returned back to the office. The DHL agent also arrived and took the pack. When I returned back to my country and received the goods some days later, it was all upgraded from 128 MB to 1GB, 2GB and 4GB. Not a single piece was of full capacity. I was cheated. When I told Ms. Dori about the cards, she pretended as if she was checking with the DHL agent. When I told her that since the DHL agent is someone with whom her company works, she must have information about the agent. So, her company can claim the goods. Then she started telling the lies. When I also asked her to give me the information of the DHL agent, she did not gave any information of the parcel agent of DHL. Then, she then told me that she cannot exchanged the goods as it is not her responsibility.
But I‘m sure that this company Shenzhen OEM-USB Electronics Limited is a FRAUD company. I’m doing whatever I can do to file the case against the company so that nobody in the future will be scammed off.
I’m 100% sure that this company exchanged the goods when I, with Dori went to the bank.
