I order a bumper from this company on 12/17/10 after 10 days later when I started asking where my bumper was, they called and said the bumper I order was not in stock and they had a OEM bumper for more money. After I paid the extra money was told it would be shipping out. 12/30/10 got a email saying my bumper was on it's way and should have it in 3-4 days. Today is 01/06/11 and I still do not have my bumper.
I have sent several emails asking has it been shipped but no one every gives me a reply. When you call and asked about your order you are directed to this person that knows nothing at all and does not speak english very well. Tomorow I will go to the bank and have the charges on my CC cancel and never do business with this company. You know there is something wrong when they never tell you how they going to ship until the end and it is on a Greyhound Bus and you have to go to the bus station to pick it up.
Don't be like me,save yourself a lot of time and trouble and do not buy from these people.

| I wish I had read this complaint before I ordered from this company, they took the money out of our bank account and called Greyhound to pick it up over a week later, as of exactly 3 weeks after we ordered the parts we still have not received them. Every time we have called this company, there is never a manager available. DO NOT order from this company, it will only cause you trouble |

| I also wish I did more research. I have sent emails and called many times. I finally got through to a CSR and they gave me an invalid tracking number. I have opened a claim via Paypal to hopefully get some money back. |

I have same poor experience.
Ordered a painted bumper on 7/6/11, followed up week later and they said that they need a VIN number as they need to be sure that this is the right part for the car. Gave them VIN, another week goes by and the story is that the bumper was on backorder but they finally got the part day before and it's now in painting department.
Almost 2 weeks later and the bumper is not done yet. (painters were on lunch so the clerk could not follow up). Yeah right, painters on lunch? All of them? At 2:30pm??? It's been over a month now and I don't have my bumper.
Will be filing claim with PayPal.

| Oh Crap! I just ordered two (2) bumpers from these people and was told shipping was via Greyhound as well. I thought that to be ODD, as Fed-X & UPS generally handles shipment to my company! I just received an email frrom "Ruman Raykov" which is a "Customer Refund Notification!" Plus Credit-Order # O O O O and Invoice # O O O O. (They used actual numbers and both were the same!) Does this sound familiar to anyone with a bad experience with this company???? |

I bought a part and i got it and was very happy, not sure where you guys getting this from, I see on the website it does day up to 5-10 buisness days not days 10 buisness days is 14 days so guys relax and dont worry, i got my bumper in 10 days as stated and was very happy, if you need a bumper in 1-2 days go to the dealer and pay x10. dont make a big dealer that you dont have your part in 3-4 days if you are paying 4-5 times less than anybody else.

| Its been 15 days since I ordered my parts while I have recieved most of them. They were supposed to to all be in stock. Come to find out they arent. Now im waiting another 4 days and the mexican dude that calls himself the manager cussed at me and hung up. What a bad experience plus their parts are bad. |

| Call like you want to order new, ask for the owner nam befor you pay .If it's chaim Mohar please let me know and run fast .This is one super crook you want to be carful of .My address [email protected], and he isn't american so it must be some Hebrew accent on the phone .Thanks |

| I ordered a painted fender and hood on march 29th it is now may 2nd and still no parts. They are giving me the run around, won't give me a tracking number said it has been shipped out over a week ago. This place is a scam for sure EVERYONE BEWARE!!! |
