There customer service is a 1 out of 10, my boyfriend and I visited the Jewelry Mart on Hill Street downtown LA and had the misfortune of going into Gobal Rings Jewelry on the 9th floor Suite #920. At that store no one ever answers the phone. On our visit to the store this guy was in the back room talking on the phone for 15 to 20 minutes hashing out some financial problems with someone on the phone. He was yelling and carrying on. Me and my Boyfriend could hear everything this guy was saying and he seem not care a bit at least he gave us no greeting or attempted to give us any service. When he finally came out from his room he then offer to show us some rings by then we where ready to go and the he caught real pushy. He then insisted and tried showing us some bogus rings with fake diamonds in them saying that there where real even though the stone's where not, he's insisted a push on. This guy is a real sleeze. This guy is shady. When I called the store twice before going and I was put on hold for 10 minutes on both occasions, that should have been the tell all sign. I should have known then. that there service and there integrity was no up to par. Because after me and my boyfriend started asking this guy questions he just brush our concerns off and discounted what we had to say to him. He really turn us off. First he had no time for us, he didn't even bleak for an second and Then all of a sudden he come out trying to force us to stay and look at his merchandise. Then showing us some ring with Cubic Zirconia I guess he though we would not know the difference or maybe he was joking in case that was flat out wrong. He continue to make up excuse about not waiting on us and treat us like we knew nothing. I am
a Doctor in LA and so is my boyfriend and I really feel that this store was trying to rip us off. They lack
professionalism maybe a reflection of the Store manager Billiy Lulo. The store is very dirty and unorganized and this guy makes to many mistakes so if he can't get the small things right how can
he get the big things right, like a 2 carat ring. No big purchase for us there, We traveled the extra miles and went over to a rea1 jewelry for that matter instead. The manager at Global Rings Jewelry seems not to want our business and that’s fine we bought at Ribbions Bros., instead! Jenny & John

I been dealing With Billy lulo and his staff at global rings jewelry for over 20 years, I have not ever been treated bad ...I always get the best service and the best prices ...The quality is one of the best in the jewelry district...The store is always spotless and clean and very presentable...I dont know why anyone would post something like this above ..all i can say is that its not true at all...not even close it must be one of Billys compettitor because they are all jealous of his sucess...

I DONT AGREE WITH YOU B S COMMENT THIS IS A BUNCH OF BS
I looked high and low for the perfect bridal set. I finally found it, but it was more than my fiancee and I could afford. I called around for prices and Billy was able to get me the ring I wanted for a price I could afford and made great suggestions for other ways to make it affordable, as well.
I made a special trip to LA from Phoenix, AZ to order my ring. When it came in he mailed it to me, (and surprised me with overnight for free) and it was exactly what I was expecting and I was so happy with it! (No problems with the shipping too. I was very nervous about having the most special piece of jewelry I will ever own in the mail! But there was NO problems at all! It came in a huge box and was packaged very securely.)
I have been very happy with the *great* customer service at Global. I get someone on the phone EVERY time, during business hours. The one time I left a message, Billy called back promptly the next day. Everybody I have talked with has been very friendly and knowledgeable. We did not use their payment/credit options (beyond an 80%/20% split payment) but I like that they offered several options.
Due to the very good experience we had with Global we are bringing our business back to them for my future husband's ring purchase. I recommend them wholeheartedly!
