The matter is that you cannot request from us more funds than your current balance is. Current balance is the amount of money which you already spent, the amount which you owe to the bank. The bigger is your current balance, the more funds you will request from our account and the more commissions you will get (3% out of the order). You get the instruction from our company with the list of the goods to purchase. Then you purchase the goods using your credit card. Then BEFORE shipping the goods you get the funds so you make sure that we covered your expenses. Your balance becomes zero again, you take your commissions and ship the goods. This way you will have a current balance to cover. You will spend your money on the goods, it will increase your current balance and then we will cover this current balance with our funds. Don't worry - you cannot ship the goods before you get reimbursed by Global Consulting - it will be a guarantee for you.
