I had ordered this gift set for my significant other for our anniversary. It included a dozen roses in a vase, heart chocolates, and keychains. I received an email a few days after telling me that they didn't have the chocolates and keychains, but would send alternative chocolates and pralines instead. They also said my gifts wouldn't be delivered until a later date. I wanted this to be special, so naturally, I was upset. I demanded a partial refund and they agreed. When the gift was delivered, there were 10 roses instead of 12, wrapped in paper with no vase, just 3 or 4 random chocolates, and no pralines. I was upset, but became angry when I saw that they were charging me around $70 for this madness! Let's just say it's been 2 weeks that I've been emailing them back and forth trying to get my partial refund, yet all they're agreeing to is about $5-10 for the missing vase. They keep saying that I confirmed the alternate delivery date and alternate product (including extra pralines and such that they never gave) so they won't give me more when in reality, they agreed to giving me a partial refund before they messed up my order by not giving the vase. They should refund me for not having the right product when it was shown as available online, late delivery, incorrect gift contents, and completely rude and horrible service. I will never use their services again and recommend everyone to stay away. |

Hello, I am having similar problems. I ordered a cake for my cousins birthday- I was told that they could not deliver a cake but would deliver chocolates and flowers instead. 5 days later I am still waiting for anything to be delivered- they have promised delivery by late tommorrow- but can not guarantee delivery times so
my cousin has to wait at home all day tommorrow... I am very dissapointed and will never reccomend the company! |
