Gayle, Hello this is amazing that you finally respond with an email for the first time after all my last attempts in the past. After the fact you took rent money paid in full on time for the month and kicked us out with 12 days remaining PAID!!! After all the numerous intimating threats, harassment, embarrassment, and most of all false accusations from you (GGD Interests LLC.)I'm going to say the same to you as you did to us (yelling like a crazy mad women from a mental institution) unlocking the front door and forcefully pushing your way in on March 19th, 2013. "I knew it...I knew you were going to do this you are violating a court order, I'm calling the cops. I have the paper work in the car, I just came from the court house, get the hell out of my place...I'm cutting off the
electricity...NOON DAMN IT NOON!!!!" Would you like a mega phone??? I will say now in writing but as a victim and reasonable human that this experience which has left me with the impression that you are a lair, bully, and law breaking slumlord. You knew that we put our money and time to make this a better place, knew that there was already problems, knew that it was filthy (which took us 3 days to clean) after we asked for it to be clean before we moved in. Instead we get a black sprayed painted refrigerator which didn't work properly, ruined over $100 dollars in food, non-functioning faucets, leaking
appliances, sliding patio doors not shutting properly (allowing outside air into the unit), A/C not working (still not working), poor wired shelving that couldn't hold our clothing and not only that it took removing them, a soak in the bathtub in hot water over night, a trip to the car wash to pressure wash them, and a final attempt with Goo Gone (which finally worked) to get the years of sticky, nasty layers of filth off so we could put clean towels, clothes, and FOOD on them. I'm sure you can imagine how long this probably took, but you don't care. Let's not forget the mad infestation of cockroaches that didn't get resolved after many times. Instead... of the cockroach man, we receive an eviction notice. Why??? You took our money yet still filed after the fact, took our money again the next month, kicked us out, and now threaten our deposit??? The first time I called you to notify you about an issue you clearly showed no concern of the conditions, got aggressive, made excuses, told us to move (if we didn't like it), and said not to call you anymore unless the roof has fallen in. After this first attempt I was scared to notify you of any others problems. We were not calling for frivolous reasons, we were just wanting a habit-able place to live. I don't want to keep discussing this matter…it just makes me so sick to my stomach after all our hours of our time and energy invested into “Your mother’s” apartment Ms. Lovely Marilyn Carter which we never got to meet. By the way tell her thank you so much for that nice letter she sent us telling us to quit bothering people, pay our rent, and move out!!! Such a nice family you people have, you should read a book sometime it’s called “The Four Agreements.” Oh never mind you wouldn’t like it anyways cause it has to do with integrity, and being impeccable with your word. You certainly wouldn’t know anything about that. All we wanted was a functional clean working home and instead we got unlivable conditions, hang ups, insults, threats, failure to repair, and now loss of our home and well-being. Never in my life have I felt so hurt, deceived, belittled, insulted, and DEGRADED by anyone. My Army boot camp sergeant didn't make me feel as low as you have. Now get down and give me 20 push-ups for lying in court!!! You can attempt to write me an email of accusations, but I "advise you" (YOUR FAVORITE WORD) Gayle Dale, Dana Dale, Marilyn Carter, GGD Interests LLC, and any other unnamed parties that I may have left out to obey the court orders (return of deposit in full). If anything, you owe us money for upgrading and improving the over-all value of your property, our washing machine that we could not get out in time and for all the suffering you have recently created for us that changed our current living situation that isn’t in our favor. Thanks again for kicking us out after only 3 months on a year lease. As for the deposit, we see that you swindled that out of us as well. Now go fly a kite and make sure there’s a thunderstorm. |
