i ordered hair dye last 6/23/11,until now no hair dye has been delivered and i think will never be delivered.
cause i checked with clairol,they have stopped producing the specific hair dye 2 yrs ago.they will let you wait until the prescribed period for dispute expires,i tried their supposedly tracking system but no results came out, you are right its a SCAMM.

I ordered product 21.07.11, credit card was charged same day but no product has been delivered. I emailed them using their contact form and have yet to hear anything back from them. Things are not looking good. Definitely feeling scammed

you shouldnt wait any longer. First call your credit card company and post a dispute against the amount tou paid. And you will tell your credit card company YOU NEVER RECIVED THE PRODUCT, they will inmmediately post a "temp refund for the amount you paid" and they will send you send and affidavit, fill it and fax it right away. They will investigate and resolve it in your favor. Trust me the Credit card company are there to help you and resolve this tipe of problems in your favor. God bless!

I ordered haircolor 7-6-11 have never received it. I started using their online contact to locate packages. Nothing. I also emailed them and called their customer service number that was an add for ringtones. I will follow Llll advice and stop payment-Thanks guys, loos like we got scamed.

I ordered Clairol no ammonia, no peroxide level 1 hair color. I ordered five bottles because I have had a hard time finding it. Jazzed price was almost twice what the drug stores sell it for. It has been almost 5 weeks, and I haven't heard a word from them. My card was charged the same day I ordered it. I too, think it's a scam, altho they keep advertising on the web. I think, I too will use Elli's advised.
