My wife and i made a purchase in las vegas at the jockey club and the company who wants you to believe they won the resort. they dont! they are renting space there to rip people off. i cant believe the hotel would allow them to operate there. the manager told us we were buying several weeks of vacation anywhere in the world! ha, after speaking to existing owners on the internet, we find out they have a few apartments at the resorts they boast to own!!! we bought what was an affordable package and now we have purchased something that will get us hardly nothing!!!!!! we now are expected to go back and "upgrade" and spend several more thousand dollars to get what we need. the hook is we are already invested over ten thousand dollars!!!!! everyone lied to us from the very start when the strange lady on the street promised us a tour of a new casino and from the first conversation with the representative to the arrogant man who is the "director of sales" that promised us nothing but lies!!!!!! |

SAME THING HERE ! LIES LIES LIES! I asked how many of the unitsw they owned, it was so many, he didn't have an exact answer!!! OMG. I just mailed in a complaint to the NEVADA REAL ESTATE commission, I suggest you do the same, I noticed SEVERAL laws they broke in many ways. My husband bought this, not me, but I watched him get lied to repeatedly and when I came home to check his paperwork, I THEN realized everything was a lie. Luckily, he only purchased it earlier this month, and yes I see where the paperwork claims a person has FIVE DAYS ONLY to wake up and read the fine print, but in cases where FRAUD and deceptive trade practice laws were broken, the five days is sort of beside the point! This place has the paperwork figured out, oh, you are not really a "owner" until after 30 days, when your paperwork is processed at corporate office...WHATEVER! These people are "factoring" your bogus contract, selling it to a loan company, lining their pockets, then you have to deal with the new financial company that you now owe money and fees to, FOR NOTHING. You own nothing.
The funniest part ? Well, the funniest part for me, was digging through his paperwork and finding where he had sign UNKNOWINGLY to let these jokers debit his credit card FOREVER, when he was told to initial the form where his "escrow" down payment was charged to his card! Luckily, no payments had hit the card yet! This was total and complete fraud and deception. We have not received goods or services yet, and do not have a membership yet, so we should be allowed to cancel this fraudulent contract, yet the company told me today that it just doesn't work that way! WHATEVER. These people will not get a penny out of us. |
