Geico falsified information, lied about police reports, blamed me for an accident, refused to acknowledge ,geico.com, Internet

I wish I had driven without insurance than had GEICOâ€¦. WORST customer service I have ever received. All they do is apologize and never do anything to rectify the situation. I changed my name, told them it was due to divorce (never let them know you get divorced, itâ€™s an extra $50+a month) was called a useless driver, when I cancelled my policy after
finding out about my rate increase I was sent a bill of $46.02. I have to explain everything to multiple reps and supervisors, keep getting apologized to and telling them that the claims adjustors directly lied to me!!! I had my 3rd or so claims adjustor for my accident tell me that shes already seen the police report and I was completely at fault for the accident (the 2 guys that caused the accident were dead and I dented the bumper in front of me less than 1/2â€³ after the initial accident) a
week later a receive a call from my 4th claims adjuster stating GEICO had just received the police report and was going to review it ASAP. (insurance did not raise with the accident, rate was the same for the month after the accident before I informed them of the name change. I would advise you to choose any company BUT GEICO. They couldnâ€™t pay me to come back. I waited 6 days for a supervisor call back that noted for any reason to be contacted if I call in, and they are still â€œunavailableâ€. I couldnt count how many times I've called about this situation, no less than once a week since I cancelled 4 months ago.
