Hi, We have been cheated by a Call Center Broker Gary Lumsden who works to bridge the call center and the client company and earns commission out of it..We worked on a lead generation campaign with him where the client pays him and he pays us the fortnightly payment.After 2 months of operations he is now refuse to pay the money and now ignores our calls and emails.Initially he used to say,he will pay next week but even after 2 weeks the next week never happened and now its clear that he do not have the intention to pay the money. We have contacted the client who informed us clearly that the payment has been released and paid to Gary, but Gary is not paying us.Its a clear case of fraud ism and cheating.Whenever we used to ask him for payment he puts some lame excuses of reports..less production or even put the blame on the client that they havent paid full amount just to deviate the talks from the payment issue. This is a case which all must know as this person solicits call centers and his greed and unprofessional will surely effect the call center with their hard earned money.Gary Lumsden do not have any company or website but is active in mostly all outsourcing blogs and sites such as Linkedin,call center planet etc. We have enough proof to show to the world about our case and also have chat's which clearly states that he received the money but do not want to pay us.
