Gary Fitzgerald, the owner and builder for High Rock Hills Development, LLC in Weare, NH is the truest of scammers. I bought a new over-priced house from him and 1 day before closing he installed the kitchen and messed it up. The refrigerator overhangs the wall by 3 inches, the cabinets will not open near the stove, and the granite was never sealed or glued down. We have a signed agreement by him to finish the work in 30 days and seven months later it has never been completed. I asked him 8 times verbally and it is a new excuse each day why it can not be completed. I also have a 1 years builders warranty and I have numerous issues with my home that he will not address. Wood knots are showing through all of the house trim, nail holes are popping, wood floor ruined in front pantry due to leakage, and lawn drainage issues, not to mention he also provided a full lanscaping package and the lawn never grew. he refused to cover that under the warranty. I have initiated legal proceedings against him, but I want people to be aware that he is a fraud and not a carpenter at all. I do have a signed document from him and it is legal. HIgh Rock Hills Development, LLC is his company. He does not pay his contractors on time and he uses sub-prime contractors. HE cries that he is always broke and can not finish the work but he drives in our development with a new dump truck and just sold another sub par home. There are 8 other families across the lake that he built houses for in the 80's and 90's and all of the houses and lots are falling apart. He buried garbage in the yards and now they have sink holes. Gary is a thief the truest of scumbags.
