Disastrous results and no help in sight Amazing Garages installed a defective product in my home and have, to date,refused to make things right. We are stuck with a very expensive mess that needs daily cleaning just to walk through the garage. We can't even let our pets go into the garage as the epoxy is peeling and coming off the floor and we fear that they may ingest the product and become ill. I will say this though, they are very good sales people, as they certainly fooled us.

This same "review" was posted by a competitor of Amazing Garages. Although Amazing Garages maintains top consumer ratings, is a member of NARI, keeps an A Rating at the Better Business Bureau, is the Superintendant of Hometalk's Concrete and Masonary category and has just been awarded a "BEST OF ATLANTA" recognition, they have to deal with this kind of nonsense from disgruntled competitors.

The person who posted this is George Somerville. His phone number is 770-380-5277. He owns Creative Custom Concrete out of Canton, GA. He has a long legacy of poor installations and customer service. His current Better Business Service rating is an "F". There is no lower rating a company can maintain by this consumer watchdog agency. Go to the BBB, click on the link to check out a business, then type in his number.

How do we know its him? How can we be so sure??? He wrote us to say he would be posting this online in an attempt to smear our good name. We have retained this email. We also have traced his IP address to prove his additional financial fraud upon our company.

This is what a top rated company has to deal with at times. Ugly? You bet.
