He had my sister place his name on $650,000 worth of land that my parents wanted me to have. I discovered the deed at the Court House a few weeks before my father passed. I called my older brother and told him about the deed. He alerted my sister that I had discovered the deed. She immediately placed my father in a rest home and issued a "No Contact Order" preventing me from seeing or talking to my father. He died a few days later and she had him in the ground in 48 hours. Both my sister and her daughter are trained Nurses. They were in charge of his meds. They were faced with the choice of losing the land or putting my 92 year of father down. Was it Foul Play? Was it Murder? They had a husband and a father in law who was also a lawyer. He knew the legal ropes and could guide them on the path of deceit and avoid the sticky questions that may come from the authorities, that never came. After all a lawyer is involved so nothing is wrong or suspicious right? He was motivated as his name was on the deed. I could not find a lawyer with the same level of motivation that he had even thought I called over 100 lawyers and hired and paid five lawyer $50,000. It was a lost cause. The lawyer with his name on the deed to my land and my older brother Ivan Lee Fail called my lawyers and wrote them threatening letters and ran them off. The same thing happened to each lawyer that I hired and paid. The lawyer that ripped me off grew up with and knew the judge. The Judge was David Rogers. His father Steven Rogers was my ex wife's divorce lawyer many years ago in the same Court room in Fredonia Kansas. I filed a complaint against the lawyer, Gary A. Nelson with the Kansas Supreme Court's Disciplinary Administrator Stan Hazlett. He dismissed my compliant without even mailing it to Gary A. Nelson. His comments were, he won, you lost end of story.
