I bought furniture from gardner white 2 weeks later they had to return two pieces of my furniture rocker wasnt rocking. they ripped a whole in the front when they delivered so they replaced the 2 pieces. the rocker still was getting caught and was ripping the furniture they replaced it again then when you sat springs were popping up .they came out again put some new foam .two weeks later the stitching on the arm came undone and you could feel the spring again. they came out again said we ripped it and they were not fixing it. called again another guy came out and said it had bad stiching and that the whole set was no good. it was returned exactly one year from when I bought it. I bought more furniture they charged me for delivery again and the protection plan which usualy means a new contract which I signed. an end table and two lamps were not delivered so I just cancled them. it took them 4 months to take them off the bill which was sometime in november, decembers bill came the bill was up by a thousand. I called they said the 15 months wad up so it was interest which they charged before they took the stuff off, and there was a charge for almost $400. I called and asked they said some kind of credit protection that I did not sign up for they took that off, but my problem is I paid for delivery and the furniture fabric protection plan so to me I think the interest should have not been charged until 15 more months
