Let's go into a bit of detail here so we can see why this is such an issue:

1. There are multiple locations on this site which falsely advertise the gold ratio as being 100 gold per 1 USD.
- Check the knowledgebase [Yes, the one SOLELY used for Pockie Ninja]
- Check the charge information at the bottom of the page when you are charging
- This is false advertising and is illegal in EVERY country.

2. With gold prices at the rate of 1:20, there is virtually nothing you can do without spending insane amounts of money.
- Putting one socket into a piece of equipment [which is only efficient for 5 levels] costs about $3 plus another $2 per gem
- The only reasonably priced jars [18g] give out a large ratio of LvL 8 Refine, Exp Bags, Gift Coupons, and other items. Granted jars are a gamble, which is fine, but if costs $1 per jar you open why give out such a high ratio of items that people are NOT looking for when opening them.
- Rerolling an item 10 times costs nearly $5 USD, which is awful considering that 90% of refine does not lead to a useful piece of equipment.
- Two extra arena battles is $1 USD - maybe I'm wrong but that seems a bit pricey considering the lack of major benefit from individual arena battles.
- Mostly everything that you can buy with gold can be bought with gift coupons at the same price. As gift coupons are something that can be easily gained in game, shouldn't gold [which you pay REAL money for] be worth more?

3. The Chinese servers have an exchange rate of 1:65 when converted into USD.
- This is self explanatory and obviously COMPLETELY unfair.

4. This game is FULL of bugs and problems. We, as paying customers, are the people allowing this site to run while they work out the bugs.
- Again, pretty self explanatory. The GM's do not express any sort of gratitude or thanks for our donations. They do not offer a solution to any of our problems. There is never any response to our issues. As paying customers this needs to stop. Even things like live support are completely ignored.

So we (the community have purchased in game currency thinking we'd get 1:100 instead getting 1:20 and only lame reply's (if even those) from the moderators. Completely ignored by the support (I have ticket that has been in the support state for 7days now. 3 times closed by the support personels without any ansver.
