GadgetBoost Never received order, company ignored all attempts to contact them. Internet |
9th of May, 2011 by User996321 |
Placed an order with GadgetBoost on the 25th of April. GadgetBoost sent me a shippment notification email on the 28th of April. As of May 10th I have not received this order and GadgetBoost has not returned any of my calls or emails. Their phone number is a Google voice mail box. There is no contact email on their web page, the only address I have is the one they used to send the shipment notification. |

Same complaint here - place order April 29 and here we are May 20 with no delivery and no responses to my calls or emails. I'll have to follow up with the credit card company on this one to get the amount refunded - stay away from these guys. |

Same thing happened to me too, I placed an order on 9 May. I have not received the item yet! The only email I received was about my order was shipped. I sent them a message which has never been replied. Calls that have never been answered. Hope anybody that would buy from them found our complaints before they order. |

I experienced the same problem. I decided to file a complaint with the FTC and advised GadgetBoost of my actions. I received my item 3 days later. |

I too placed an order May 1st. Got an order, and shipping confirmation email, however no product. All I get when I call is a google voice mail box, and no one has ever once replied to any of my emails. Now, almost one month later after numerous complaints I have finally received a shipping number.
Definitely be cautious |

I also never received the iPhone extenders connector
I even paid extra for fast delivery
Have received emails that the product was shipped and
a tracking number from stamps.com
Turns out it was dated June 2009 and was faked
Have contacted paypal and visa
Next step is attorney general and postal inspectors
These guys are going down |

Placed an order with Gadgetboost.com for the Iphone extender the first week in May. 4 Days after the order was placed I received an email saying the order had been shipped. After waiting 2 weeks and receiving nothing. I attempted to contact Gadgetboost.com. They have no contact email and they do not answer the phone number listed on the website. After waiting 3 weeks after the order was shipped, I contacted my credit card company and informed them of the situation. Once the credit card was informed, Gadgetboost.com sent me an email stating the order had been returned and the post office had marked it "unable to deliver."
Gadget Boost has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. |

Same issue, was notified that order accepted, received email that order had been "returned as undeliverable" and reshipped. Finally received the order and it is not what I ordered.
They have no phone number and no contact email, there is an "online" return option that results in a $2.50 restocking fee, but with all the issues receiving an order who knows how long it would take to process that.
Luckily, I'm only out $20 or so and I do have something to show for it. I do not recommend doing business with this outfit. |

I received my order and it was the wrong item. No response so I contacted AMEX. Warning to all-do not buy from these people.

Hey, I found a contact for this guy. It's [email protected]. Waller.com is a memorial site for his mom, which is sad, still doesn't excuse this guy for being a scumbag |

Yeah so after weeks of pestering them, i finally get a response, from their "legal" dept haha. Figured that would be a department a lot of you would be interested in speaking to... [email protected] |
