Francis Ngissah CCSE FRAUD, Falsified documents, Pathological Liar, There is no 501c3, No Schools Exsist, He is not a millionaire, Internet |
5th of Dec, 2011 by User188495 |
Francis Ngissah is in no way shape or form a legitimate business owner. CCSE has absolutely no affiliations with any existing schools or companies across the country. He is a pathological liar that will always keep individuals in the dark about what he is truly doing. He has not legitimate 501c3 certificate. He has outstanding balances with many individuals and companies throughout Sacramento. I personally almost gave a large donation and everything didn't add up. He is a smooth talker but cannot be trusted. From my understanding, he not only has no legitimate businesses that he runs, he also has no website on the internet. I would recommend any and all individuals to steer clear from this person. I was most recently contacted by the police due to an ongoing investigation by Mr. Ngissah. He is a FRAUD!!! Scammed in Sacramento |

I believe this complaint is true I am an employee of the California Black Chamber of Commerce that is in Rancho Cordova, CA located in the Sacramento surrounding areas. In 2008 Francis Ngissah came to us and did an intern program with no success of completion due to complaints, non mentoring, and unsuccessful funding all things that he promised; He was dismissed later. In 2012 of this year I no for a fact he came back to us at the Chamber for more funding and help with programing of his supposit business called CCSE a school he is trying to build only thing is there is no school and no funding and no support to this imaginary school. He talks a good game, he has a business plan and will show a power point he created and also has business partners that go along with him scamming people to get funding for a school that doesnt exist. If you come encounter with this young man, please be aware he is not who he says he is and he will rip you off the quickest you let him get in to your thoughts, he is smooth talker and manipulator. I feel sorry for the organization I work for; they trusted this young man only to get nothing out of it in return. Since February of 2012 we have been finding out about more people that have got scammed by him I feel sorry for those sweet innocent people as well. Thank you for your time in reading this I am just a concerned employee of the California Black Chamber of Commerce that thinks people should be aware.
Thank you,
A.C |

i to have had encounters with Mr. Francis Ngissah. i met him through my son. he appoarched my son as a member of the elite group 100 Black Men of America. He asked me if he could be his mentor for this group. I agreed and from that day forth he has done nothing for my son other than steal from him. December 2010 my son spent some time at Mr. Ngissah home in which he took serval electronic items. Mr. Ngissah never gave back my son's tv, games and dvds. I later found out that he gave his items to another family that he was mentoring there son. I have tried numerous times to get my sons things back but every time we met with him it turned out we would sit and wait for hours for his, who he calls his assistant to come and bring the stuff and he never comes. After the last time it happened Francis changed all his numbers and disappeared. if anyone knows where he is located please post it on the web. also for any person that he contacts to mentor your child don't let him, it's another way for him to get you to support his bad choices. |

Francis information is correct above. I too agree he is a fraud. How does an organization get away with stealing money and taking from the vulnerable. Ask him where his experience comes from. Most of us have a story behind our mission in life, Francis doesn't have one.
Woodleaf Circle is in Rpseville, his website is www.ccseprep.com, his email address is [email protected]
And to think this man (boy) goes to church!!! By the way, it's Capital Christian in Rancho Cordova. Not to worry, Francis will have his day, God will see to that. |
