Fort Worth Custom Pools is not to be trusted. They do terrible work and scam customers on a regular basis. You wont know until your pool is built and they are long gone, but your pool and all its equipment will quickly fall apart. They do not supervise any of the work done by subcontractors(which is almost always terrible), they treat new customer's well and existing customers like dog s**t. Now for the owner and his employees: Glen Bullard- He is dishonest and money hungry, he comes off as a decent guy but thats all part of his scheme. Once you have payed you will never be able to get into contact with this man, warranty or not. He is unorganized and performs work and business without any plans. He is not a pool builder, he is a general contractor that hires the necessary subcontractors and then jacks the price up on the customer. Most people are probably paying double what they should because of this man. He refuses to pay employees and does not make good on any promises, of which he makes a lot.
Pat Bullard: Glen's wife, somewhat of a secretary, and a joke of a human being. I have tried to keep this report as civil as possible, but in these next few sentences I may fail at that task. There a lot of words that can be used to describe a person and after taking a few minutes to mull them over and come up with a way to describe Patricia Bullard, in all my wisdom, I was only able to come up with two: FAT BITCH. meaning- A.) FAT: she is fat, grossly fat. She is the kind of person that see in a public place and instinctively cringe. Now I would not normally attack a person about their physique, as disgusting as she is, but I feel it is necessary to describe her physique in order to convey her attitude. That brings me to B.) B**CH. This word has many meanings but in this case I am referring to her general attitude and nature, especially when dealing with other people. She is incredibly rude and walks(waddles) around reeking of an undeserved sense of self satisfaction. Not a single person I have ever known that has met her is fond of her, including her husband, who only stays with her because of a large inherited piece of land she sits on in addtion to what I assume to be a sizable amount of cash that she also inherited. The reason that I felt it was necessary to mention her obesity is because I feel it is directly related to her attitude and manners, looking like she does, i honestly believe she hates the world because of her own poor diet and lack of exercise. If you never meet or have to deal with "PatAss" or "Fat Pat" (as many that know her affectionately call her behind her back) your life will be much better. Simply coming into contact with this woman will ruin or day, or even year. I would also like to add that not a single person I have ever known that has met her is fond of her, including her husband, who only stays with her because of a large inherited piece of land she sits on in addtion to
what I assume to be a sizable amount of cash that she also inherited. Tyler Bullard: Glen's son and a salesman for the company, he also handles most of the day to day on job work, between contractors. Despite working in this business most his life he is still unable to complete the most simple tasks, which is detrimental to the final quality of the work/pool. In addition to his incompetence Tyler is very irrational and in multiple cases threatened to kill or cause bodily injury to more than one employee. Charges were not pressed (although i still have several of the death threat phone calls recorded and saved to prove it) but I feel it necessary to describe the dangerous nature of this man, who appears calm most of the time but easily snaps into a childlike fit of rage, capable of causing harm to himself, or especially, others. I would want to know if employees of a company I was using were issuing death threats to those he works with, and I want all potential customers to be aware as well.
In closing, Fort Worth Custom Pools is a dishonest company full of rude, lying, and unstable employees. Steer clear of this ripoff company or you will regret it. Oh and I thought I might add to any watchful eyes that may be lurking, Glenn Bullard cheats on his taxes and pays employees under the table. He does not correctly report expenses, profits, or employee payroll amongst many other things |
