I used this company to purchase t-shirts for a bridal party that I am a part of. The website offers the option to designate each t-shirt with a title (i.e. Maid of Honor). I chose a title for four t-shirts. I paid for a rush delivery because I needed the t-shirts within four days. I called the company first to see if a rush delivery was feasible and which delivery would be best. I was told a 2-day delivery would deliver my shipment the day before my event. I received my shipment a day before my event. When I looked at the t-shirts, I noticed that there was missing information, the title designations. I called the company, spoke with an operator named Sierra, who told me that the customer service manager had just left and would be back in touch with me within 3 days. I told her that a replacement wouldn't work for me because I my event was the following day. Sierra couldn't help me. The bridal party was not happy with the t-shirt because we could have ordered from a number of websites. I never heard back from a manager, so I called again. I was told that the mistake was mine because that option shouldn't have been a part of that item. I thought that it was the company's fault. I was told that I wouldn't receive any further resolution from the company. I then kindly told the operator that I would be back in touch after I spoke with an attorney. Then I was placed on hold and a manager finally got on the line. She was efficient and very curt. She stated that she would resend the item the way that I wanted it. I told her the the event had passed and the item would be useless to me at this point. She ignored me and stated that she would be resending the item and hung up. Her name was Trish and she stated that she was a manager. I feel like I wasted $119. I couldn't colloect the money from the bridal party because it was not what they ordered. Just disappointed all around. |
