Dear Steven, If you go to the shop to buy a pair of shoes, none will allow you to ware the shoes to outside for 10m. You can test the shoes by waring that inside house or you should put the shoes into the bag to pretect the outsole of the shoes if you want to walk outside. You can ask anyone about the shoes you returned, everyone would say it is used, not unworn.The outsole of your return shoes have been damaged, we can not sell that to anyone. Otherwise we will glad to do the exchange for you. I really could not understand your previous email. You return the shoes is because of the size of the shoes , not because of the quality of the shoes. And you should well know that the shoes have been worn and I really do not understand why you returned the shoes to us. You know that worn shoes means nothing to us, we can not get any refund from manufactory and can not sell that to other person. As from the beginning , we stated that we try our best to resolve the problem for you. And we are trying , we did not realize that anyone would consider that "shoes" as unworn shoes. The dictionary defines worn as "damaged or shabby as a result of much use". If these shoes are "WORN" in 10 minutes of use then you must be using some awfully poor materials. That's a mighty sleazy, shifty, cunning, crafty, deceitful, way of doing business and of voiding a warranty. If you are competing in a worldwide market and you want repeat customers you will need to do better then that. I have "WORN" MBT's for 3 years now, and i'm still wearing my second pair for work, 50 hrs. a week at work. If these shoes are worn in 10 minutes then you must not be selling real MBT's but a counterfeit. If you want to make me happy just refund my money. One problem though, They are marked the same size but are visibly, physically smaller them the last pair of MBT,s I purchased. I have two other pairs of MBT's size 10,US and wear them all the time. perhaps these are miss sized or the factory changed the sizing standard. I can put them on but they are too tight all around, can't put them on if i'm wearing socks.How do I get them adjusted (next size up ETC.).I really need these shoes, can they be rushed?Also when they came I had to be here to sign for them.
