This company could not have been worse.

They get you signed up and then send you the worst food. Then they don't send food to hundreds of clients and don't even bother to make a phone call to let anyone know. They said it was the whether's fault. I ate the food perfectly and stayed on track and did not lose a pound. They put you on long waits when you call with no on hold music so you really don't know if they hung up. I joined them in December 2010. Its been 4 weeks now and I have had nothing but trouble. They said they could not cancel me after asking several times.

They overcharged me 3 weeks in a row and then when i asked t be canceled they said they could not without manager. But manager never calls back. They represent themselves as www.biggestlosermealplan.com or www.ediets.com It is the same company and they lie over the phone and then never call back after stating they would several times. I could not have dealt with a more unprofessional company. eDiets sucks and so does biggestlosermealplan.com. Oh also, they send the food in these boxes and after you open then your food is opened because the food containers are broken.
