| Food Lovers Robert Ferguson Charged my checking account for items that I did not order Chino, California |

| This is a scam. Do not order from them. I ordered the Food Lovers program after watching a commercial that was presented by Robert Ferguson. I only ordered the starter kit and nothing else. The entire conversation was recodred the salesperson told me. She did offer other items which I refused. I gave her my debit card # that is connected directly to my checking account. As soon as she said ok then we were disconnected before she could finish her sales pitch. They took out what I agreed to pay for the started kit. A month later $24.99 was withdrawn out of my account. I received a box that contained pills that I did not order. I refused them and sent them back. I called them and they said they could not refund my money until they got the pills back that I did not order. They said I need to pay to get a confirmation # from the post office on a box of pills that I did not order. This happened 3 months in a row. I have sent them all back and still have not been refunded 1 penny yet. I am going to have to cancel my debit card and order a new one. Please do not order from this company and do not sihn up for anything at all. They will continue to keep taking money from you. I am a single father of 2 children and really do not have the time to deal with this kind of nonsense. I surely can't afford to pay for things that I did not order either. They are a scam. |

| OK, so I can understand your frustration, BUT Robert Ferguson has nothing to do with your getting charged, How does you and your charge card have anything negative about the actual program. Roberts program is amazing and His name should NEVER be doubted, He IS NOT the one that took your money. Communication is a powerful thing, you should have called an talked to a supervisor of the company that sold it instead of telling the people not to order a GREAT program just because of this issue. These kind of reviews are NOT product reviews.. Just complaining...You should have taken the time you waisted writing this and called the place you ordered! |

| I purchased the Food Lovers starter kit in January of this year. I had no problems whatsoever. I absolutely love the system and am very thankful to Robert Ferguson for everything that he has taught me along the way. Not only have I lost weight, but I feel better inside and out. I am healthier now than ever and I love it! My energy level is back to where it once was, dairy no longer bothers me and my IBS has been under control for 7 months straight. I have recommended this system to everyone and several have purchased the starter kit, none of which had an issue with incorrect billing. I hate to hear that you have had a mix-up with your order. It sounds like your transaction was handled by someone poorly trained. I would be frustrated too, but this issue does not mean that the product is a scam. Robert Ferguson is the creator of the plan but he is not the one selling the product, Provida Life Sciences is to blame from the mix up. I personally ordered from his site www.dietfreelife.com. Maybe you could try canceling your current order (and possibly card) and reorder through dietfreelife.com. I wish you the best of luck! |

| I have been working with Robert Ferguson for OVER 5 YEARS and I have to say his name, reputation and program are honest, real and trustworthy. I'm sorry you had a mix up with your order but Robert has NOTHING to do with that. The people behind this scam are Provida Life Sciences... | Maybe you should order directly from Robert Ferguson's company Diet Free Life. Feel free to use the code 0608 when you check out for a discount! Robert Ferguson has nothing to do with the customer service at Provida. Ordering at www.dietfreestore.com is a MUCH better experience with AWESOME, timely, personal customer service!! So sorry your experience was so crummy!! Robert has such a heart for helping people!! And the program WORKS!!! First of I will say I am sorry for the issues you have encountered while ordering the Food Lovers Fat Loss system from Provida. Second I will tell you this has nothing to do with Robert Ferguson as he is not Provida. Please understand that when you place orders with companies you have to check every auto ship system that they offer because this happened to me in the past when I ordered the 6 week body makeover from Provida. I kept getting pills on their auto-ship program and of course could not get refunded. I was very stern with the customer service and asked that they give me a confirmation number for my request to stop the shipments.
I hope that you do not let this terrible experience with Provida take you away from the wonderful benefits of Food Lovers Fat Loss system and more importantly the real Robert Ferguson. If you look a little deeper into Mr. Ferguson you will find a very honest man who is working hard to abolish obesity and to meet people where they are to achieve their goals. I have never been a part of any program for longer than a couple of weeks. I bought my system in 2009. I have lost a good amount of weight learned things that have changed my life and along the way had the pleasure of actually meeting Mr. Ferguson in person at his book signing for Diet free for life, which is a life changing book as well. | Sorry you have had a bad experience. I can assure you that Robert Ferguson has NOTHING to do w/ it. He is the creator of the system but Provida is the company and is who you should be contacting. This program is not a scam. I have nothing but good to say about the product or it's creator. Robert created this way of life but Provida is the company that is selling it, contact them directly for any issues. I personally have been with the Diet free Life, which is Robert Ferguson's, since 2009 and I have NEVER had any problems. We all have a family like relationship, each of knows each other via our community and contact via FaceBook, and we all have the same positive experiences. | I know how frustrating it can be when a company mishandles a request for product. Especially when charges come out of your account when you did not authorize them. You certainly have a perfect right to be upset in this scenario. If I could take just a moment to clarify one thing for you. Robert Ferguson is the creator of the system that Provida Life Sciences markets however he is not a part of the company. So when you order a Food Lovers Fat Loss System through Provida you are not ordering directly from Robert Ferguson, therefore your complaint should be to Provida. Robert markets the methodolgy of the system through his book Diet Free For Life which is directly connected to him. The reason that I want to clarify that is because I have come to respect Robert so much for the tremendous heart and soul he puts in to his mission to help people live diet free. it would be such a disservice to him to take the heat for something over which he has no control. Robert has done a tremendous amount of work in helping so many people, including myself. I hope that you are able to get a good resolution from Provida.
