| First of all, this company has no verifiable information anywhere on the web, so I was skeptical and worried at first but I figured maybe I wasn't searching correctly. Whenever you search for them, you only get info from badcreditoffers.com or some other bad credit card offers website. This company is bogus and needs to be stopped! Also, their customer support runs from 9am to 5pm (not 24/7 customer service) so why wasn't I more careful? I received the suggestion to apply for a prepaid debit card with Flexcard Hybrid Program Prepaid Visa from badcreditoffers.com. This is a total scam. Somehow, the suggesting website says this company is good for rebuilding your credit. Thats total crap. From the moment you try to apply they have pop ups everytime you click ok, finished, done, or apply. There's one after the other after the other. They won't allow you to get through to the end of the application without applying for a cash advance of up to $1500. You have no choice but to give them your routing & account numbers in order to process the card. Also, in order to receive this prepaid card, you must also receive an unsecured credit line of up to $10K to an online bookstore, calling themselves thecreditbuilder.com. Who's gonna buy $10K worth of books & ebooks that nobody reads. They have no popular books you want to read or anything of interest. Just old outdated books that no one would even go to the library to check out. I applied for this card and gave them $39, then it says "to double your credit amount, click here to pay just $25 more." So I did and wham....they took my money in less time it took me to blink. That's a whopping $64 in order to receive a card that you have to put your own funds on (that you can just get from walmart or any drug store / corner store for $3-$5), and another card for some ebooks and old books that nobody wants. Immediately after applying, I called them at (5610 921-2600 to request my money be refunded ASAP!!! The person who answered the phone is at home and you can tell. This is not a company.... these people are in a house and only 2 of them answer the phone. A lady and a man, and the man's name is Jason. They told me that my money will be refunded back to my card within 5-7 business days (stressing business days twice) and that I did not need a confirmation number or email confirmation. We'll see if they refund my money and I will post whether they do or don't by August 12th 2011. The woman was yawning and still had her morning "just waking up" voice. I was totally amazed at this scam and she didn't even care to hear why I wanted my money back. She just told me that the card for the $5K approved credit line is for buying things. When I asked her who would want $5K worth of books, she just said she'll refund my money but the way the conversation went, I think I may have to go through some hell in order to receive my money back from this scam "company" that's running out of a house with a kid in the background. They are located in Delray Beach, Florida.... and I guess since they saw that I was in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (not too far from them---only 1 city away), they rushed to tell me that they would be refunding my money because I can easily track them with the police here. If you would like to receive a credit card and you have averaged to poor credit, do not use this company. HSBC Orchard Bank is the best company to go through aside from Citi Bank and Capital One. These banks also report monthly to the top 3 credit bureaus for you. Orchard Bank will give you a credit line of at least $320 as long as you pay your $19 application fee up front. If you dont qualify for the unsecured $320 credit limit and they suggest a secured credit card, keep trying. Somehow their site suggested it to me after 2 attempts at the prequalifying stage. Also, I have a friend who did prequalify for a secured card from Orchard Bank MasterCard and while she waited for her instructions in the mail, they actually sent her a card with a $300 limit on it instead and she did not have to put up the initial $200 or $300 secured funds. Orchard Bank & Capital One are just the best when it comes to bad credit card offers when trying to rebuild your credit. Again..... DO NOT APPLY FOR THE FLEXCARD HYBRID PROGRAM VISA CARD OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT FLEXCARD HAS TO OFFER. THEY DO HAVE COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB AS WELL SO CHECK IT OUT. |

| Definitely a scam. I never got the "card" they took $69.00 and I have NOTHING to show for it. My credit looks the same and now they told me in an email they are going to refund my deposit but they need my checking account routing number first. When you click on a link that says "why do we ask for this" it says "we need this information for a cash advance" I'm supposed to be getting a refund on my deposit, not a cash advance! Wtf?! Tried calling for 2 days and it's always busy until 5, then it's closed...think I'm driving to Miami to visit some relatives and I'll be stoping by!!! |

| yes I didn't see where the line of credit was and I also was told that it was a regular visa card that i can use anywhere...it has been a month since I paid the 69 on top of that 29 for this card. It doesn't say that its a prepaid card either. On Nov. 22 I was sent an email that my card would be delayed and I would receive it between December 1 and December 6...well its December 7th and I have yet to get it...you guys have me worried and I should have known not to trust this but I hope that it is not true. |

| I'm praying this come too I got an eviction notice i need to pay I don't wanna be homeless for Christmas and my kids and I are out in the street. Lord i pray a sunny day shines over this dark cloud. |

| i signed up for the card also. thinking i would be able to get christmas for my kids. and did not recived the card, i hope the law. i can not belive the goverment will let them get away with this. |

| please for your own sake do not do this it is a fuckin joke i hade to contact my credit card company that i put the 69 dollar charge on and thank god they reversed the charges for me and are going to fight to get their money back so i am out nothing like i said thank god if you want agood credit card go with capitalone they are great and i thank them for everything they have done for me. |

| This card is a scam paid my 69 dollars never received card. Phone line Always busy. . Recording saying they are not recive incoming calls due to upgrade of phone system due to expansion of there business. On my card statement company withdrawal name is white diamond card services which turns out to be a prepaid company. The business is only open from 9-5 pm what card company do u know that does not have a 24 hour support team. This company will pay for there crimes. I am going to see to it That they face criminal charges if proven guilty of fraud. |

Also contact Consumer Protection @ 1 855 411 2372...This is a scamming company. Please call and share your experience. The customer service line is down for upgrades...REALLY? | OMG ! FLEXCARD VISA IS A MAJOR SCAM !! ME AND 4 OF MY FRIENDS WERE SCAM BY THESE THIRSTY CREEPS !!! I MADE A POLICE REPORT ... CALLED FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND ALSO CALLED THE BETTER BUSINESS BURAER ... MY BANK REFUND MY MONEY WITH A FEW FORMS TO SIGN AND FAX BACK SO THAT WAS A GOOD THING...I AS WELL WAITED FOR MONEY TO BE REFUND 7 TO 10 DAYS AS WELL !! TO GO FOR THE FLEXCARD SCAM !!! |

| This company is HORRIBLE. They have scammed hundreds, maybe thousands of honest people out of their money. Those of you waiting on a refund will never get it. Instead you will get one excuse after another from the people in customer service. They will lie and say that they already issued your refund, either through the bank or through a check in the mail. Once you keep calling because you never receive your money, they will tell you that "there isn't anything else they can do" and will block your phone number from being able to call in and bother them again. These people are scam artists... I don't know how they sleep at night. Stay away from The Flex Card Program and any card that they decide to offer. It's all lies. You will never get the services they are advertising. Save yourself the frustration that I have gone through. |

THIS WOMAN IS NOT CRAZY. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I applied for a credit card Nov 13th and never received a card. I called numerous times and they said your card will be maild from California so it take time. It is now Dec 22nd and I still have not received my Credit Card. I called again and now the number 561-921-2600 is only going to a female who said they are closed and it is during working business hours. I tried to access their webpage and now that is not working anymore. I received a email 2 weeks prior stating I can get a refund and when I tried to put my information in it keeps going to oops sorry this page is not found. This Lady by far is not crazy and I know we are not the only ones who has been scamed by this company. I just contacted my bank and submitted a fraud claim to get my refund back through them since this company is not giving it back. IF I CAN SAY TO ANYONE, , , DO NOT, AND I MEAN DO NOT APPLY TO THIS COMPANY, , , IT IS A SCAM. DON'T GET SUCKERED INTO THIS. This company is not located in florida it is over seas. | Well i'm so embarrassed to say that I was another one who got scammed by the flex card company. I lost my job and was trying to find a way to buy my 5 grandkids some gifts. I applied for card in which i was told that i was approved for a credit limit in the amount of $1100. The application stated that all I had to pay was$69 in which they woud take it out of my account. I allowed them to take the money and was told I would receive the card in 10-14 days . So I wait until the 17th still no card. I called the company and they said the card was mailed off and i would receive it by thanksgiving. Im so excited now because I needed help in making purchases for thankgiving. So a week later I check my email. Its an email from the company stating that there was something with the credit card machine and we should be receiving the card within 5 business days. Ok so on the 6th day I call and a gentle man answers the phone explaining to me that the card had got mailed off that thursday or friday and I should give it 5 days to arrive. STILL NOTHING. So I call again requesting to speak to a manager. The rep or person said the manager was on the floor and that he would tell me the same thing. Okay so I call back a week later & now the telephone lines are down and will be from Dec 12-16. I call on the 17th and guess what. THE OFFICE IS CLOSED & has been since dec 12th if there even was ever a office. yeah so they got me for 69 dollars as well as my husband. Whomever you are, and where ever you are, I want you to know that God dont like what you did to me and others and you will pay for what you did to everybody. If anyone else is reading this & considering going through thiscompany DONT DO IT. THEY ARE A RIPP OFF!!! |

| To "SMART" Girl u r so fuckin stupid, it never says prepaid, ebooks or anything!!! it says LINE OF CREDIT i knew it was a scam after i sent my money but lucky for me i paid with my ORCHARD BANK a REAL creditcard company and i got my money back!!! I knew it was a fraud later because i have credit report monitoring and it alerts me whenever something is added or being looked at on my report and guess what?!?!?!?! NO FUCKING FLEX CARD program anywhere!!! |

| I was also the idiot who signed up for this card lover a month ago. The phone number I have been calling is bogus apparently now and I also was scammed out of the $60 plus $29. Lesson learned because I do not see how it is even possible to get our money back at this point. |
