Me and my partner were in need of a loan to start a promising business , he forwarded the business plan and executive summary online to different financial institutions as usual and he got contacted with different interested investors and this company FLC Finance Solicitors (OR the Solicitor Morgan Cole) gave him a better offer an interest rate of 4% for 1 million USD loan, and he then asked us loan processing Fee or insurance of 3000 GBP, and he send us Performa Invoice, so he was in contact with my partner and they finalized over the phone and We had a letter of intent and Agreement from the company and we signed and send them the agreement , after the agreement he sent us a Performa Invoice for the payment with all Barclays Bank Account details, so we made the payment from my account but as agreed he was supposed to transfer the loan after two days, but he came back to my partner asking for additional 5000 GBP, for insurance, hence we told him this was not in our agreement and we can't pay this , so transfer the money or else we need a refund we want out of the deal, so he said the refund will take 21 days, but I can give you third party insurance for 3200 GBP and also a reference if you want to make sure about our company. But the reference he gave us is an individual number but after lots of researches on internet we found out that the company is fake and others have also reported the same on the forums , but this guy has dedicated filters it seems and you can't locate the fraud report easily in Google, so please watch out for this guy and the company as well, he might send you his UK passport copy, Different Licenses from UK, Bank statement in Zenith Bank of worth GBP 56 Million, his bank statement in Barclays Bank , etc and all are Original but all are fake, this is just one Nigerian sitting somewhere and routing the calls from UK to his place for free and cheating and taking money from people.
I have reported to UK and USA police, and will do the same on all sites , and you can easily found the company advertising in Linked in " FLC Finance Solicitors"
So Watch Out Not to end up like us!!.
