findyoursearch.com usaseopros.com failed to get charge-back, have a default judgment I can't enforce, scam Las Vegas, Nevada

Background: $ 2900 for 10 search words on their website. I'm writing this scam report after going through the whole system to try and recover my money back. I've tried the Small Claim's court and got a default judgment against findyoursearch.com in Toronto, Canada. I've tried asking my credit card company to give me a charge-back and they refused. I complained to the Ombudsman of Financial Services and they declined my charge-back. Right now, the only recourse I have is to sue the card company, known as Citibank. I would like to say that all the scam reports about this company is true. Because the conversation is on telephone from the sales-representative, you have nothing in writing to back up anything that is promised. As a convenient catch-22, the credit card company requires something in writing from the company in order to start a charge-back process. Their contract maintains no refunds are possible once you commit to their service and from that point your money is as good as gone. They prey on desperate people who need business and pressure people to commit over the telephone and get their credit card information. If you have any comfort in the back of your mind that you can use a charge-back process or lawsuit if you get ripped off by this company, then I suggest, unless you live in Las Vegas and can sue them, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have two other recourses to collect my money at this point. I can sue Citi-bank on this ridicolous catch-22 where they can get away with murder with telephone promises on the phone and have something totally contradictory to the spirit and content of what was promised on the telephone since they refused to start a charge-back process, or I can travel to Las Vegas and domesticate the judgment and try to go after their assets. All in all, this is worst than pulling teeth. If you are lucky enough to have read these reports, read through my report, then take the money you were going to spend on findyoursearch.com, look at the travel section of your newspaper and give yourself a well deserved vacation from not getting ripped-off....because there is a heck of allot of things you could do with your own money rather than thowing it away in the garbage.
