The owners name is NOT Scott. The owners real name is Philip Himschoot. Philip drives a Humvee if you want me to prove it. Google his name and you will see he runs one fraudulent business after another and was charged with Fraud by Pen. He has opened an closed over 10 vacation scam companies and his newest thing is to open a company for one year then close it so he does not have to file his annual report which makes it difficult to find out the officers of the company.
He uses a different UPS Store Mail box as his address for most of the companies...he keeps moving them around so he is difficult to trace.

| Phil Himschoot has many fake names. He is one slippery tampon. If you are associated with any of his business dealings, you will get screwed. He's been in jail several times and will be in jail several times more before he's done. His real cell phone number is 954*234*6498. He will act like it is not him on the phone but that is all part of his scammer profile. He spends a lot of time with his Aunt. I think her name is Susie. Odd greyish white hair and always has a 80's bandana look going on. They seem a little too close for a Aunt/nephew relationship but he kept asking me to go VIP'in with him and I told him no because he had a girlfriend. That's when he told me she was his Aunt. I thought Mike was the owner. He paid me just fine. I made nice checks
every week. 500-$800 on average. They're definitely an honest & reputable company.
They even give you a full accounting of all of your deals w/ the customers phone numbers so
It's impossible to get scammed...
I looked it up & this Seth Schneiderman is just another blood
sucking family law attorney probably hired by his x-wife trying to get child support.
It's a shame that woman can't just be independent & earn
a living on their own & have to sponge off of their x's.

| The last post was obviously from Philip Himschoot. As a result of the many employee complaints against Philip Scott Himschoot, he has closed up his business and left his employees hanging. He has since rented out a new location in Davie right behind the Signature Grand banquet facility on State Rd 84. Just east of CarMax and down one block. 2230 sw 70th ave. Suite 2. The funny part is he rented an old police supply company location so it has gated doors so angry employees can't get in after him again. He also switched the company into his wife's name. Susan Kendrick. For those employees who got screwed, know that he used your money to buy new 30" rims for his 2004 Chevy H3. |
