Seller is offering Contract for Deeds to collect money. The builder is broke and needs money so he will take your down payment and pocket the money then scam you on the contract. Be very careful of this person. The guy shows up like he is the King of the town and then will "Sway" you into a deal but in the end you will be taken of your money.

At first you will think it is a great deal but until you see the fine print that he puts in front of you then you will realize you got taken. He is broke, he is not the builder he claims to be and if you see how he lives his life he only cares about one person, HIMSELF! Don't build, buy or rent from him. You will lose the money.

This was posted from a disgruntled renter that didn't pay his monthly obligations obviously. I have done multiple real estate transactions and they have always went smoothly. If there is any questions, you can call me at 507-208-1950 and I will give you client and trade references anytime you would like. Its too bad that people that don't make there payments to people who give them a place to live.

I own Excel Homes and I am also a real estate agent. I have completed transactions with buying, selling, building, renting, contract for deeds, etc.. There has never been one complaint against me now and nor will there be in the future from any credible people

My husband Mark and I are currently work with Mickey on a house and he has been nothing but helpful, and kind. He builds these houses and sells them as a business and if you don't abide by the terms of the contract he is obviously going to take action. Just because one person had a "bad" experience it shouldn't set the tone for everyone. If you get the opportunity to work with Miceky, you will find this complain to be completely false and misleading.

From a sub-contractor's point of view, I personally will never deal with him again either. To many negatives to list. He has changed his company name once because of bad business. The one positive he did have, Ben, is no longer with him. The way Mick stabbed Ben in the back I don't blame him, considering they were friends.
