| This is a "Heads up" on Evolution Management Systems My case HAS been resolved by the consumer protection agency in Salt Lake City, Utah. However, what I was put through, shouldn't happen to anyone! I answered an ad on "making money from home in online marketing." Over the next few days, I was grilled on the phone about my "commitment" to starting a business. Also, if I had good credit. The people I talked to were very friendly at first. They stated,"we interview 100's of people, to invite into this business, but only a handful get invited." The way you get invited is by a good credit score. More on this later. So after several days and hours on the phone, they say, "lets get u started and have you sign the contract." They use state of the art software to have you sign a contract and also state you have 3 days to change your mind. Don't you believe it!!! Here's the rest of the story. The $$ required up front, a whopping $10,390!! All those questions they initially ask you, are all being recorded! That 3 day "right of recission", is IF THEY WANT TO ACCEPT IT! They don't have to accept it! Also, it must be submitted in writing and in their hands 3 days from signing the contract! They really don't go into details of the contract or the recission. By the way, they tried to nail me with a 10% restocking fee of $1039! The Better Business Bureau of Salt Lake has 10 complaints against them but, Consumer Protection only had one. Now they have mine, making two. Final outcome was they were in violation of several "Consumer Protection Act" laws, and could have been fined up to $10000! A critical violation was their restocking fee! So to make a long story short, I got the $$ back. They have a bunch of testimonials because the people worked their asses off, following their program. I have no doubt they paid off their bill but, took months of mentoring, training, etc. (Training comes from a bunch of sub-contractors) |

| thanks for your comment. My Dad is having a similar experience. All the promises are hype. Took them 4 months to produce a 5 page website that is suppose to generate tons of money. Total joke. a 15 year old could make a better website. Totally worthless. we are beginning the Refund request and will probably end up doing a lawsuit... but thanks for your post |

Stay a way from these people! they are con artists. I was given false information about a program based on a questioner I filled out they knew exactly what they needed to say to get me to invest $25, 000. Shortly after I deposited the funds I called back to see how I could get the benifits they sold me and I did not receve a call or an ansewer to my e-mails Brent Statham is the man who passed himself off as VP but I am sure they have many othr VP's that will take your money! I am in the process of compiling information to file a law suit; if anyone has any additional information please contact me at [email protected]
