everest cash adavance no one responds, make the loan longer, Internet

I was approved for a $200.00 loan with Everest Cash Advance, about two months ago. I get paid every week, and every week, I am hit with the finance charge of $30.00. Three weeks ago, I sent an email to everest, to let them know to go ahead and take the full loan amount out of my account. I did not receive a response, but I got an e-mail reminding me, of the $30.00 finance charge that will be taken out on Friday. I tried to call them,,, more than I can remember, and you can not get to a live person, you are on hold for about five minutes, then sent to voice mail, every time. I have sent numerous emails hoping some one would contact me, and still no response, I have asked several times, that they take the full $200.00 out, but the only response that I get, Is a reminder that they will be taking my finance charge out. I have paid my loan off almost twice over, and still no response. I think that I am done with this company. I have fufilled my promise, but they are no where to be found. I have even tried to use their so called chat, but you wait for a rep, then that is followed, by no rep available at the moment, please leave a message...I am worried, that they have my checking account information, and I'm going to be paying $30.00 a month for ever!!!
