I ordered an evening dress from eveningdress100 in Feb 2011. I have since found out this company also goes under the names of weddingdress100 and Floras Wedding Apparel. The dress I received was several sizes larger than what I ordered, made of poor quality material and did not have the same look as the product advertised. It took almost too months to arrive which meant I recieved it only a week before the event I needed it for. This left no time for me to make the alterations needed. After many emails back and forth that included me having the send multiple photos and arguing that it was their error, the company finally agreed to honour their refund policy. I returned the dress to the address they provided and was told I would recieve a full refund. The dress was returned according to my tracking number but when I contacted the company they claim it wasn't. I contacted my postal service and they launched an investigation. The postal service provided me written proof of the delivery slip that includes a signature from this company's employee accepting the return. When I emailed the company this proof, they emailed back to say the would look into it and let me know. I never heard from them again and the dozen or so emails I have sent since then have not been answered. They do not provide a phone number on their websites. All of this took months since it has now been almost a year since I first ordered the dress. I now have no dress and I'm out the cost of the dress plus the cost of shipping it back to the company. And of course, the hassle of well over 40 emails I've sent them. I want to ensure that no one makes the mistake I did. Do not buy from this company. Their products are substandard, their customer service is non-existent and you'll be both out of money and dissapointed.
