To whom it may concern,as in any and all boxer buyers We are absolutely done with Euro-Dream and will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Our puppy from the "I" litter developed a stage III heart murmur at 15 weeks. She attempted to tell me that boxer puppies develop heart murmurs "on and off" throughout their first year of life. A murmur was not heard until his 4th vet visit. Now we have to spend the additional money for a cardiologist and echocardiogram for a puppy that we already paid a total of $1800 (this includes shipping). She knew my pup had his vet visit on Tuesday. She has been aware of all of our "concerns" up to this point. She emailed asking for an update. I detailed facts in an email. I also said that "I hope if this is indeed something serious, you are willing to replace the pup" like the contract says. I went to an obedience class, came back and she emailed me asking me to call her. I did. She jumped down my throat for contacting other breeders and asking about her kennel. She was exceptionally angry for contacting you. She "assumed" that I had seen this link on your website about her kennel or that I had spoken to you personally. Well I had not. I had only seen what you had written on your "About Us" page. She kept getting angry at me and I had no idea what she was talking about. I was absolutely speechless. We have NEVER been treated like this by a breeder before. In my opinion, she had no right to get angry at us for "checking up on her kennel and reputation." I began to get suspicious a couple of weeks after getting the puppy. We could not put weight on him. Then, only 1 descended testicle. Normally we wouldn't care but when we get him neutered, it will have to be an abdominal surgery because the other testicle is nowhere to be found by the vet. It's not even in the ring. (Amanda, if you're reading this, yes this is probably new to you. Sorry, I forgot to tell you that.) I started searching the Internet for anything with the name Euro-Dream and any negative information. Then came the murmur, the cough, exercise intolerance or "mellowness" as she calls it. Amanda got very angry because she said she didn't know about any of these problems. Well that is not true and she knows it. Bottom line, we are ending up with a very expensive puppy. Amanda, I just looked at the website link you were talking about. I guess you assumed that I had looked at that before I emailed them. Well you were wrong, this was the first time I had seen that "link." My email address is not on there, you were able to tell by the email itself. I'll make this brief. We want absolutely nothing to do with your kennel now or in the future. I will not recommend you to anybody and better yet, I will steer them clear away. We don't even care about the registration papers. The conversation on the phone should have never happened. It was irresponsible and unnecessary. At the very least, our opinion of your kennel would have remained intact. But then we looked up that "link" you were talking about. We were absolutely APPALLED at what we read on that website. I know you can't believe everything you read but now I think we were "taken" by you. The only way to make this right is refunding our money. In the end, I know you won't do that. But honestly, anyone who devotes an entire page of negative comments from various people toward your kennel - well there has to be some validity to it. I'll also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My husband is shaking he is so angry right now. Again the conversation should have NEVER happened. My husband has become very attached to this dog. You provided a "product" to us and as a "customer," customer satisfaction should mean everything to you. Instead, you chose to "argue" with us and that made us look further into what you were talking about. Don't contact me unless it is to refund our money and get the dog back.

We are hoping that our pup turns out to be okay. We will tell everyone we know to stay away from her kennel. If anyone with one of her puppies needs to contact me with questions about our "experience" feel free to forward my email address. From this point on, we want nothing and I mean nothing to do with her." We have another puppy now,In fact 3 we bought them from Billy Thomas at pictureperfectboxers,We like the health a condtion of the first puppy so well,we bought 2 more.
They are very healthy ,very happy puppies.1 year old today,I can call Billy Thomas anytime,He has forgotten more than most ppl well know about the boxer breed,I wish I could have found him frist.
It would have saved me a lot of money and from being heart borken.Do not tust euro dream boxers,She is a very bad person and will steal you blind.
