| They charged my AMEX $25.14 for a download. I have never heard of this company and did not authorize a purchase from them. AMEX has shut them off. |

| I had a charge for $24.17 on my AMEX statement for an alledged 6 Apr 2011 purchase. I have no idea who they are and what they sell and did not purchase anything from them. I purchased nothing for that amount in Mar or Apr 2011. |

| Same here, fraudulent charge of $23.76, Etunes LLC. Never heartd of them. Note: The charge occurred same day I checked into a hotel in Phoenix. It's well known that scammers can hack hotel POS systems for this sort of crime. Hotel computer systems are notorious for hacking. |

| I had a similar charge on my AmEx on March 31 for $23.36. I filed a dispute as this was not a "company" I have ever done business with nor was it authorized. |

I received a bill on my American Express for $21.91 from Etunes LLC of Van Nuys, a company
which I never heard of and did not authorize any payment to. Didn't use the credit card on
that day for any other purchase so I can't figure out how they got my info. I called in to cancel. |

| Same deal, I was charged 23.80 for a download...Never heard of the company. Am. Ex. accepted it on the 2nd of April. So, at that date, Am. Ex. was still accepting charges from this company. |

| Me too. US$23.57 charged on 11th April to my account, but I have an Australian Amex card. I recently travelled to Denver for work and I booked my accomodation through Denver.com which is run by Travelscape LLC and/or IAN.com L.P.. I have filed my dispute form with Amex, but they say it can take up to 60 days to resolve. |

| Just like everyone else, charged 24.15 on my amex..Never heard of this company. If so many people are getting charged why is amex still accepting charges. I am disputing too. |

You might be interested to know that AMEX has NOT shut them off.
A fraudulent Etunes charge was posted to my account on April 18.. The telephone agent said she had never heard of Etunes, but did agree to issue a credit for the online charge. |

| Further to above, Amex (Australia) have told me it was a fraudulent charge and have cancelled my card. If I didn't let them cancel my card, they would not refund the charge. The charge was reversed the next day. |

| ETUNES LLC ETUNES LLVAN NUYS CA posted a $24.57 charge to my account as an internet purchase on a date, 4/16 after 11pm, when I didn't have internet access because I was traveling. Just filed a dispute of the charge online at AmericanExpress.com. Interesting how the charge is slightly different for each person... |

| April 2, 2011 I rec'd a charge for $25.28 from this same company. I too did an online travel purchase just prior to this. I am tying this to a Priceline hotel charge. Did anyone else use Priceline? I put a block on this company for future charges. |
